A uniquely protruding, pill-shaped balcony on the left facade adds dramatic three-dimensional depth to the structure. Lush biophilic elements are integrated seamlessly throughout, with dense greenery flourishing on the extended first-floor terrace and the open rooftop. The building is anchored at street level by a cohesive boundary wall in the same terracotta finish, featuring dark vertical metal gates, smooth curved recesses, and integrated floral planters that complete the sophisticated architectural composition.
